Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Full consent text

• I, the data subject, acting freely and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Oleg Alekseyi Goncharov, Republic of Armenia, registration / tax identifier 20221025, support email support@ori24.app, on the terms described below and in the Privacy Policy.

2. Data covered by the consent

• contact and registration data provided during account creation, sign-in, support, or communication;
• payment and subscription data such as amount, payment status, order/payment ID, access period, and stored-payment references;
• service input data entered for calculations and storage in ORI, including data necessary to create astrological charts;
• AI Studio data including prompts, selected scenarios, uploaded files, context, and response history;
• technical data such as IP address, cookies, browser/device information, activity logs, and error logs.

3. Purposes of processing

• account registration and maintenance;
• provision of digital services, subscriptions, and AI packs;
• payment processing, recurring billing, refunds, and payment support;
• generation of AI outputs and maintenance of AI Studio history;
• support, transactional notifications, security, diagnostics, and product improvement.

4. Processing actions

The consent covers collection, recording, organization, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transmission (granting access to processors where necessary), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, with or without automated means.

5. Transfers to third parties

I understand and agree that, where necessary to provide the service, my data may be transferred to payment providers, hosting and infrastructure contractors, email and communication tools, analytics vendors, and AI subcontractors in the minimum amount needed to fulfill the relevant purpose.

6. Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains in force until the relevant processing purpose is achieved, the underlying contractual relationship ends, mandatory retention periods expire, or the consent is withdrawn by the data subject where withdrawal is legally possible.

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting support@ori24.app. The Merchant may continue certain processing without consent where this is required for contract performance, payment support, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or another lawful basis.

7. Confirmation of informed consent

By giving consent, I confirm that I have reviewed the Privacy Policy, the Public Offer / Terms of Service, and the Payments and Refunds page, and that I understand the nature of AI-generated outputs and the processing of data needed to deliver them.

By sending this form, I consent to the processing of my personal data for handling my request and I confirm that I have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

AI Studio with file upload

I confirm that I have the right to upload the submitted data/files and I consent to their processing for generation of the requested AI output in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Subscription checkout

I accept the Public Offer / Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of my data for payment, subscription activation, and, where selected by me, recurring billing.

One-time AI pack checkout

I accept the Public Offer / Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of data required to complete the one-time payment and credit the AI pack to my account.
