Public Offer / Terms of Service

This page is the main public agreement for users of the international ORI contour. It is drafted for the Armenian merchant profile supplied in the provided registration and bank documents.

1. Definitions

• Merchant — Individual Entrepreneur Oleg Alekseyi Goncharov, Republic of Armenia, registration / tax identifier 20221025, support email support@ori24.app.
• User — an individual using the ORI website, account area, checkout, or AI Studio.
• Service — the ORI / ori24.app website and related software functions, including chart calculations, account storage and sync, subscription features, AI Studio, and other digital outputs made available on the site.
• Subscription — paid time-limited access to a plan with optional recurring renewal if the user expressly agrees to stored-payment billing.
• AI pack — a one-time purchase of a specific amount of AI units used in AI Studio.
• AI output — an automatically generated interpretation or other text result produced from the user's prompts, files, settings, and the available astrological context.
• Checkout — the Evocabank V-POS / ARCA payment page or another payment flow used to purchase a subscription or an AI pack.

2. Subject of the offer

The Merchant grants the User access to the digital ORI service under these terms, and the User pays for the selected plan, subscription, or AI pack through the available checkout flow.

• core and extended service features according to the selected plan;
• storage, synchronization, and display of user data inside the account;
• access to AI Studio and purchase of AI units for automated AI outputs;
• other digital functions expressly listed on the site or in the selected plan description.

3. Acceptance

These terms are accepted when the User completes one or more of the following actions: creates an account, pays for a plan or AI pack, uses paid service functions, or otherwise continues to use the service after reviewing these terms. By accepting the offer, the User confirms that they have sufficient legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Ordering and delivery of digital services

• The User selects a plan or AI pack, reviews the current price, currency, and key terms, and completes payment through the Evocabank V-POS / ARCA checkout flow.
• A subscription is delivered when the corresponding paid access is activated in the User's account.
• An AI pack is delivered when the purchased AI units are credited to the User's account balance.
• A specific AI output is considered delivered when it is generated and made available in the interface, response window, or account history.

5. Pricing and billing

Current prices are published on the site, in checkout, and on the Plans and Services page. Different products may use different currencies. The final product name, term or unit amount, and exact currency are always displayed to the User before payment.

If the Merchant introduces discounts, promos, or special bundles, the rules shown on the relevant sales page or checkout flow apply to that purchase.

6. Subscription, auto-renewal, and cancellation

• Auto-renewal is available only when the User is informed in advance and expressly agrees to recurring billing.
• Recurring charges may be processed only while a supported stored payment method remains valid and billing is not disabled by the User or the payment provider.
• The User may cancel auto-renewal through the account interface and/or by writing to support@ori24.app before the next billing date.
• Once auto-renewal is disabled, access remains active until the end of the already paid subscription term unless the product description clearly states otherwise.

7. AI outputs and AI-specific limitations

• AI outputs are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only.
• AI outputs may contain mistakes, omissions, or interpretations that differ from the User's expectations or from other experts' opinions.
• The service does not guarantee the suitability of AI outputs for legal, medical, investment, employment, or other high-stakes decisions. The User makes all final decisions independently and at their own risk.
• The User confirms that they have the right to submit the prompts, source data, and files they upload to the service and that such materials do not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Merchant may

• modify, update, suspend, or maintain the service when reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal, or operational reasons;
• request additional information needed to identify a payment, prevent fraud, or resolve a support issue;
• limit or refuse access in cases of abuse, unlawful use, chargeback abuse, attempts to interfere with the service, or other material violations of these terms;
• engage payment, infrastructure, analytics, communication, and AI contractors to operate the service.

The User must

• provide accurate contact information reasonably required for account and payment support;
• keep login credentials secure and promptly notify the Merchant if the account may have been compromised;
• use the service lawfully and refrain from reverse engineering, abusive automation, or other actions that disrupt the service;
• avoid uploading prohibited, infringing, or unlawful content through AI Studio or any other service area.

9. Refunds and claims

Refund requests are reviewed under the Payments and Refunds policy, taking into account the product type, the amount of service already delivered, and any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the User.

• If access or credits were not provided due to the Merchant's fault, the User may request correction of the issue or a refund.
• If a duplicate charge or technical billing error occurred, the User may request verification and refund of the excess amount.
• If the subscription has already been activated, credits were already added, or an AI output has already been generated and used, any refund is determined with regard to the digital service already delivered.

10. Personal data and communications

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in the Consent to Personal Data Processing page. The Merchant may send transactional emails and other service communications required for account access, payment confirmation, support, and security.

11. Intellectual property

The website, software, texts, visual materials, brand elements, and service logic are protected by intellectual-property laws. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for personal lawful use during the applicable access period. No transfer of ownership or source code rights is made to the User.

12. Limitation of liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Merchant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, interruptions caused by third-party providers, or the informational nature of AI outputs. The Merchant's aggregate liability related to a specific paid product is limited to the amount actually paid for that product, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of the User's country of residence apply and cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet failures, outages of payment or hosting providers, government restrictions, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or similar force-majeure events.

14. Changes to the offer

The Merchant may update these terms. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the site unless a later effective date is stated in the updated version. Continued use of the service after publication of the updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
